NEWS FROM GROUPS
The North London Group held a successful rally at Bradwell on 26th May. A strong N.E. wind which brought low cloud and patches of rain did not deter the hardy campers. Anecdotes flowed and throats were well oiled until the procrastinated time came for turning-in. After a cold night everybody enjoyed the warmth of Sunday’s sunshine although there was some reluctance to face the sharp breeze.
The South Coast Group are believed to have held a rally at Easter but no report has been received.
The N.W. Midlands is making a slow start, and the Secretary Joan Abrams, Rivendell, Ley Lane, Marple Bridge, Cheshire would like to hear of any more members who live in the area and who sail on the N.W. and N. Welsh coast.
Kurt Cylke is planning to hold the first meeting of an American Group in New York in the Autumn.
