The rally was attended by the following with their boats: Joan Abrams, Peter and Alex Filshie, Mike and Jean Clark, Edwin Dewhirst and two new members.

On the Saturday, Cliff Laycock and I travelled up for the day and sailed and rowed with Joan. In the evening, Mike went down to the Glenridding end and the rest sampled Edwin’s home brew.

Peter reports on the Sunday they all met up in the delta of the beck at Sandwick for lunch and everyone had a good sail.

The campsite at Watergate Farm is much improved, with purpose built toilet blocks instead of the converted pigsty.
