Trying to row myself off a lee shore — and failing — the other day, I asked myself how other members would cope with the problem. Which reminded me that I’ve read from time to time of ideas for some kind of handbook which would set out the collective wisdom of the DCA, but as far as I know, nothing has been, or is being done. Yet it could be an extremely useful guide.

Has it been tried and failed? I’m interested in offering help.
