Ahoy! Galley Slaves

I was recently in contact with Martyn Lester who's the author of the cooking and galley ideas page in Sailing Today. He's asked if our members might help him. This extract from his e-mail is self explanatory.

"There's actually something else that I'm looking into that you or fellow Association members may have some suggestions for. I've just started looking into getting together a stack of ideas for good bits of galley kit for boats with very restricted stowage. I have in mind things like nested saucepans, frying pans with detachable or foldaway handles, multi-purpose utensils... anything that saves on space or, indeed, weight, if you're taking it to and from your boat in your kitbag."

What have you found useful? What's it like? Where did you get it? And how much did it cost?

You can e-mail your ideas direct to Martyn at <martyn.lesterd@virgin.net>. Mention you're a DCA member as he will give us a plug and credit. Alternatively if you're not on-line, send your ideas to me and I will pass them on.
