A letter appeared from David Knight in the last Bulletin, asking for an article about the single-handed launching and recovery of much heavier dinghies, such as the Tideway and Cormorant.

Although most people would not really consider these as heavy dinghies, I sent him a copy of the article I wrote on this subject. As this article could probably do with a rewrite I am considering this at the moment. Those who have read it and can think of improvements might like to write to me accordingly so I can include them in the new version. PB
