22 members turned up at the new venue, making us a further £11 credit against possible future losses. It was agreed that rally responsibilities would be spread among more members as will be seen on the 1999 rally list. A mixture of new and ‘memory’ slides attracted much interest. Strong winds with sleet deterred members from bringing their boats but two had been sailing a few days before. It was a very good meet with a number of new faces. LW
