I am now a relatively inactive member of the DCA, but still read the magazine with interest.

In Bernard Harman's meet report in the last issue he referred to the Bolger Micro in the boat park at Coniston. This boat was mine until just before Christmas when I sold it. I built the boat during 1996/7 and sailed it a number of times on Coniston, but the building proved to have been more interesting to me than the sailing 97 it is all a bit of a long story, but my main interests lie in rock climbing and mountain walking.

Prior to building the Micro I also built the Lilian Woods 16ft. Linnet rowing skiff which I still have.
