Getting Knotted

by Eric Knot

Tony must be aware of the problems of getting knotted (bulletin 174 – HYPERLINK "174-29B.doc" 174/29B). But I was totally unaware until I became a grandparent. The problem was simply one of vocabulary; grandmother didn't care for her granny knott profile and preferred to be called 'nain' (i.e. Welsh for granny). But instantly I was known as Taid* Knott when I crossed the border and I have to say how appropriate Taid Knott is (but I resent it!)

"Taid" (Welsh) is pronounced "tied".

(Tony Abrams replies “Some achieve knottedness, and some have knottedness thrust upon them. Eric, however, was..........!”)
