Entry to the lecture and the AGM is free. Lunch and beverages will however be available at a subsidised price of £5.00 a head.

By water. Calshot Activities Centre is in a prominent location at the end of the spit of land at the south western entrance to Southampton Water. Small boats can overnight in the creek immediately to the north.

By road. Leave the M27 Motorway at Junction 2 and follow the A326, signed to Fawley. Then follow the brown signs to Calshot Activities Centre.
